The short version

VenuePlan does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and we don't use third-party cookies. That's why you don't see a cookie banner.

We only use storage that is strictly necessary for things you ask the site to do, which the law allows without asking for consent first.

What we use

• vr_admin cookie: keeps the VenuePlan team signed in to our private admin and team pages. It's only set when a team member logs in, and it expires after 14 days.
• Demo storage (browser local storage): if you try the demo, your example venue, plan and staff are saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. It never leaves your device and we can't see it. You can clear it any time with the demo's reset button or your browser settings.

Things we don't do

• No Google Analytics, Facebook or LinkedIn tracking pixels.
• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so no font provider sees your visit.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics or anything that isn't strictly necessary, we'll update this page and ask for your permission before setting it.
